Commercial Disclosure
VIPCasinoReviews Affiliate Disclosure
VIPCasinoReviews is an affiliate-supported casino review and comparison site. Some external casino links can generate a commission for us if a reader clicks through and completes a qualifying action. That commercial relationship can affect whether a sponsored casino button is available, but it does not add points to the VIPCR Score, improve an Evidence Grade or buy a higher editorial ranking.
Funding
How VIPCasinoReviews Makes Money
VIPCasinoReviews is free for readers to use. The site is funded primarily through affiliate relationships with some online casino operators or their affiliate programs. When a reader follows an affiliate link and later meets the relevant partner conditions, VIPCasinoReviews may receive a commission.
The qualifying action depends on the commercial agreement. It can include registration, a first deposit, player activity or another condition defined by the affiliate program. Affiliate arrangements in the gambling industry can use cost-per-acquisition, revenue-share, hybrid or other performance-based models. We do not assume that every partner uses the same commission structure.
This is a commercial website, so we do not describe affiliate funding as if it did not exist. The purpose of this disclosure is to make the potential conflict visible and explain the controls we use to keep the commercial relationship separate from the editorial score.
Scoring Independence
Affiliate Commission Has 0% Weight in the VIPCR Score
The VIPCR Score is calculated from nine published editorial categories: Safety & Fairness, Withdrawals, VIP Program, Cashback & Ongoing Rewards, High-Stakes Suitability, Payments & Crypto, VIP Support, Bonuses & Terms, and Mobile & Usability.
Affiliate commission is not a tenth category. It has a weight of 0%. A higher CPA, revenue-share percentage, exclusive commercial deal or preferred-partner arrangement does not add points to a casino’s score.
The same applies to Evidence Grade. A commercial relationship does not turn incomplete documentation into Grade A evidence. If important withdrawal, KYC, VIP or operator information is conflicting or missing, that uncertainty is reflected in the review regardless of whether the casino is monetised.
Commercial relationship ≠ editorial score
A casino can have a confirmed affiliate link and still be criticised, downgraded or judged a poor fit for VIP/high-value players. An active casino without a confirmed affiliate relationship can still be reviewed and receive a current VIPCR Score.
The full calculation and evidence rules are published in How We Review Online Casinos.
Links & Buttons
How We Identify Sponsored Casino Links
Casino buttons or external links that are part of an affiliate relationship are treated as sponsored commercial links. In the current VIPCasinoReviews implementation, confirmed affiliate links use appropriate link attributes including nofollow and sponsored, together with security/privacy attributes used for links opened in a new tab.
A typical confirmed casino affiliate link is therefore coded with a relationship such as rel="nofollow sponsored noopener noreferrer". These attributes help describe the commercial relationship to search engines and reduce unnecessary opener/referrer exposure when the link opens externally.
Internal links to our own casino reviews, ranking pages, methodology or trust pages are not affiliate links simply because the destination page may later contain a sponsored casino button.
No Confirmed Partnership
What Happens When We Do Not Have an Affiliate Link?
We do not invent a tracking URL, reuse a country-specific affiliate link for an unrelated international audience or disguise a normal operator link as a monetised CTA. If we do not have a confirmed suitable affiliate destination, the page can remain informational or direct readers to internal comparisons instead.
This matters because editorial coverage and monetisation are not the same thing. A current casino can still deserve a review because users search for it, because the brand is historically relevant to VIPCasinoReviews or because it provides a useful comparison point. Lack of a commercial relationship does not automatically remove that casino from editorial coverage.
Conversely, having an available affiliate link does not guarantee inclusion in a ranking. A casino still has to fit the page intent and meet the editorial criteria used for that comparison.
Rankings
Can a Casino Pay for a Better Ranking?
No casino can buy VIPCR Score points or a higher methodology position through its affiliate commission. Broad rankings use the published VIPCR framework, while specialist pages may use their own disclosed specialist weights when the search intent is narrower.
Commercial practicality can affect presentation at the CTA level. For example, a casino with a confirmed international affiliate link can have a direct sponsored “Visit” button, while a reviewed casino without a confirmed suitable link may only have an internal review or comparison action. That difference is a link-availability decision, not a scoring adjustment.
Rankings can change when the underlying editorial evidence changes: a new licence, altered withdrawal limits, revised VIP program, stronger or weaker recurring rewards, material complaints or other information relevant to the methodology. They are not meant to change because a partner offers a higher commission.
Editorial Control
Affiliate Partners Do Not Control Our Review Conclusions
Casino operators and affiliate managers may provide information, tracking links, campaign details or corrections. That does not give them the right to approve the final review, set the VIPCR Score or require removal of a supported negative conclusion.
If a partner points out a factual error, we review the evidence in the same way we would if the correction came from a reader or regulator record. A valid correction should be made because it improves accuracy, not because the source is commercially important.
We also do not promise uniformly positive coverage as a condition of an affiliate relationship. A brand review can include restrictive withdrawal terms, weak VIP transparency, KYC conflicts, complaint patterns or any other material drawback supported by the evidence.
For the broader rules governing accuracy, claims, complaints and corrections, see our Editorial Policy.
Offers & Terms
An Affiliate Link Does Not Guarantee a Bonus, Price or Player Outcome
A sponsored link can lead to a casino where promotions, eligibility, payment methods and account conditions vary by jurisdiction or player status. VIPCasinoReviews does not control the operator’s acceptance decision, KYC process, bonus eligibility, withdrawal approval or later changes to its terms.
Bonus figures and other commercial conditions shown in a review are editorial information based on the evidence available when the page is checked. They should not be treated as a contractual promise from VIPCasinoReviews. The operator’s current applicable terms govern the player’s account.
Affiliate tracking also does not mean VIPCasinoReviews holds player funds or operates the casino. Deposits, withdrawals, gameplay, account verification and disputes take place with the relevant gambling operator or service provider.
Corrections & Transparency
What to Do if a Commercial Relationship or Link Looks Wrong
Affiliate programs change, tracking links can expire and a casino can stop accepting players from a particular market. If a sponsored destination is broken, misleading or no longer matches the casino described on the page, it should be corrected rather than silently redirected to an unrelated operator.
If you notice a material problem with an affiliate link, disclosure or casino claim, use our Contact page and include the page URL and enough detail to identify the issue. Editorial corrections are handled under the same standards described in our Editorial Policy.
For information about the site, publisher identity and wider review approach, see About VIPCasinoReviews.
Player Responsibility
Affiliate Funding Does Not Change the Risks of Gambling
A commission relationship does not make gambling safer or turn casino play into an investment. Players can lose money regardless of whether they reached a casino directly, through VIPCasinoReviews or through another affiliate.
We compare withdrawals, rewards and VIP benefits because they are commercially important features, but none of them guarantees profit or removes the risk of loss. If gambling is becoming difficult to control, promotional value and casino rankings should no longer be the priority.
See our Responsible Gambling page for practical control tools and support guidance.
